Thanks again Michelle.  I will not hesitate to use Butler Patches again in the future.  This experience has made me want to design more patches for other stuff so you may well be hearing from me again.  I want you to know I really appreciate your quick response to the little problems that came up.  Please copy in any and all supervisors so they can see what a great job you do!

Hi Vicky,
 
I hope you are doing well.  We are looking forward to receiving our first order through Butler, and I'm sure it will be outstanding.  I wanted to know if it's possible to get similar pricing from Butler as with the last patch order we had where your company beat Custom Patches' quote.  We know another  company can offer competitive pricing, but we are extremely impressed with your company and its value placed on customer service.  Please let me know if we will be able to outright get similar pricing as our first order rather thansending you a competitor's quote to receive Butler pricing.  If that means working with a contract, then I'm open to that idea. 
 
I would also like to know if Butler does woven patches.  I know we've run into some problems with our font being too small, so I thought maybe woven patches might be a good idea for some of our more intricate designs that may not work on embroidered patches.  I checked on the Butler Patches website, but I couldn't find anything about  woven patches.  Please let me know if that might be an option.

Am writting to thankyou and your staff for the wonderful job they have done for me. I placed an order with Ricardo who was very very helpfull and kind every step of the way on every occassion we interacted online. At times when i was rude he was humble and continually reassured me that my order will be perfect despite some negative feed back i came across online that you guys dont do a good job.

Today i received my first of 2 orders and i was so impressed with the final product i even personally apologised to Ricardo for my rude comments. I now know better about your company and will happilly recomend your services to others.

The reordered patches arrived TODAY as promised, just in time for our Troop's Court of Honor this evening.  The scouts and adult leaders were THRILLED with their new patches.  Thank you for all your work to get these patches done right !!!  The color was just fine and so much better than the first batch of pink ones !!

I would like to thank Nina, Cathy and Butler Patches for an outstanding job in customer service and product completion.
 
Nina assisted and coordinated our order complete, even with some late changes the order ended with perfection!  Our uniform police shoulder patches turned out very clean and professtional, and Nina's customer service skills were top notch.
 
Please extend a job well done and great customer service to Nina and staff at Butler Patches !!

Hello, I want to let all at Butler Patches know that Kristine Carrey is amazing, she should get a promotion if she hasn't already. I thank her and all who were involved in getting my classic car patches made and shipped to me before Christmas. I was floored when I received the shipment and the patches were just outstanding. I will be dealing with Butler Patches in the future for sure.
