Pricing

When comparing pricing, it is important to keep in mind that we are the only patch manufacturer that offers free shipping. We also offer up to 12 thread color options for your custom patch order while our competitors offer between 7 to 9 colors only. We estimated that your custom patches will arrive at your door step within 8 to 12 business days upon the acceptance of your order. This is by far the quickest turnaround time you will find in our industry. But if you really need your patches urgently, we can arrange to do a rush delivery of your patches, in as little as 2 to 4 days.

 

50% Embroidery – This means 50% or less of the patch surface area will be covered in embroidery.  This method is ideal for Name patches (patches that display name or position of the user.  E.g. “Trevor” or “President”).  This is usually used for much simpler patches that display words or numbers only.

75% Embroidery – This means 75% or less of the patch surface area will be covered in embroidery.  This is the most widely used method for our patches.  Unless specified by the customer, our Brand Specialists usually note a standard order with 75% Embroidery.

100% Embroidery - This method will cover 100% of the patch surface area.  No cotton twill will be exposed on the patch.  Some customers prefer this because it makes the patch look more beautiful and luxurious; however this method is not suitable for all patch designs.

To determine the size of the embroidered patch, add the Height (H) and the Width (W) of your design then divide the total by 2. The result is the size of your patch design.
