Let us know the quantity of your requirement and delivery deadline. Our standard delivery time is 8-12 business days, rush delivery is also available in 2-4 days.
Next, decide on the amount of embroidery you would want for your patch. We can provide 50%, 75% or 100% embroidery for your patches. Then you can choose from various special option that include iron on backing, metallic thread, vintage worn style, crystals and more.
After choosing the option for your patch, upload images that you think we need in order to design you patch. If you don't have image available you can send us a detailed instruction of what you want for your patch.

Our talented graphic designers will make a digital mockup for you. This will allow you to see a visual prototype of how your patch will look like. This mockup proof will confirm the style, size, color and special options for your patch. We will also provide you with a price quote to complete your project.
Once you agree upon the price and the mockup we will send an electronic invoice to you.
Once you return the invoice we will begin with the production of your order.

One of our highly trained embroidery specialists will degitize your design. We perform the digitizing for free. This is because we understand that a quality patch starts with quality digitizing

After the digitizing is complete we forward your order to our production staff. Our production staff analyzes your order and they will purchase all of the materials necessary to produce your patch. They determine which factories we need to work with to produce your order correctly and on time. This production person follows your order throughout the entire process and does a final quality control check once your order is complete.

Upon receiving a sample sew out you have the choice to either approve the patch for production, or you can make unlimited edits until you are 100% satisfied with your order. When your order is complete it is shipped to our warehouse, at which point we deliver your customized order to you either via Fed Ex or USPS free of charge.
