When we first began, our business only consisted of taking a customer's design, and turning it into art that could be used to produce patches. Many of our loyal customers convinced us to start producing patches for them. We realized that there was an opportunity to enter the patch market, because many companies were offering poor service and high prices. We have applied the same principles to our patch business that made us a successful digitizing company. These principles are: the lowest prices for the highest quality, excellent service and reliable turnaround time.

When you order a patch, we perform the digitizing for free. This is because we understand that a quality patch starts with quality digitizing. The fact that we are at heart, a digitizing house, gives us an advantage over the market: without a quality digitizing, there is no quality patch.

Not only do we provide a complete experience, but we also aggressively compete on the prices of our patches.

We are different than most of our competitors in that we handle the entire sales and manufacturing process. Most companies that sell patches either are involved with sales and source the production out to another company or are involved in production and simply take orders from resellers of their products.

For example if you order our patch from us one of our salespeople will work with you to determine the exact requirement that is right for your company, organization or event. Next our salesperson will work with one of our artists to create a mockup proof for your approval. This mockup proof will confirm the style, size, color and special options for your patch.

Once you have approved the mockup proof we send your order to our production staff. Our production staff analyzes your order and they oversee the necessary steps to produce your patch. Next they determine which factories we need to work with. This production person follows your order throughout the entire process and does a final quality control check once your order is complete. When your order is complete it is shipped to our warehouse, at which point we deliver your customized order to you either via Fed Ex or USPS free of charge.

We are proud to say that we will accept even the smallest orders and we can handle even the largest orders. We handle complicated and simple orders, and we promise to meet your deadline, even if you need your product yesterday.
